Thank you! Something like 6x1k with 90 second rest. Or 4x1200 with 90 second rest. Or a pyramid like 400,800,1200,1600,1200,800,400 with 60 second rest. Usually about 4-6k of work with relatively short rest. Slightly faster than 5k pace on almost every rep.
